​Cut Sheets:

All cut sheets need to be submitted within two days of the animal arriving to our facility.  If an animal has been hanging the appropriate time (depending on species) and no cut sheet has been received it will be cut to the industry standard.

Friendly Reminders:

Drop off time is 7:30 - 9AM the morning of your appointment.  If you need special accommodations please talk to us prior to your appointment.

A Cancellation fee of $50 per animal will be charged without at least 48 hours notice.  If you cannot keep your appointment please contact us ahead of time.  

ALL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP WITH CASH, A VALID CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.  RETUNED CHECK FEE $40

PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF NOTIFICATION.  STORAGE WILL BE CHARGED, PRICE DEPENDENT ON SPECIES/ QUANTITY.
